2022 Registration Open!
Update: COVID Safety Plan (4.2022)
After two years without an in-person education and networking event, ICMA is pleased to be back hosting our flagship ICMA EXPO. After evaluating the current environment, local conditions as well as local and state requirements, showing proof of vaccine or a negative test will not be required. ICMA will continue to monitor requirements set by local and state officials and will follow them as required.
There is no mask mandate in Florida, nor by agencies including the TSA, and we will not require them at the EXPO, however we encourage people to do what makes them most comfortable and masks will be available.
In an effort to create a safe environment, attendees are asked to self-monitor for symptoms prior to departure and daily on site. If experiencing COVID symptoms (fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, congestion), we ask that you do not travel to the event and if already on-site, to refrain from participating in any part of the EXPO.
Hand sanitizers will be set-up throughout the event space. The hotel and AV company will perform enhanced cleaning and disinfecting practices across all high-volume touchpoints (catering areas, podiums, microphones, registration desk, handrails, entrance/exit doors).
Be sure to register prior to the discount deadline of March 22!
Member Rate for 3-Day EXPO: USD $1,195
Non-Member Rate for 3-Day EXPO: USD $1,695

ICMA Cancellation Policy
Conference registration cancellations must be received in writing by April 11. Cancellations for new registrations received in 2022 are eligible for a refund less $100.00 USD on the ICMA EXPO Registration fee only. There are no refunds for cancellations received after this date; this includes cancellations that occur due to weather or other day-of air travel delays or cancellations as it is understood that ICMA has already included you in counts for food and beverage and other arrangements and is therefore responsible for all costs related to your attendance. For all other requests, contact ICMA Headquarters at email@example.com.
